The importance of Laughter

I spent today catching up with one of my oldest groups of friends, and we quiet literally spent the day in laughter, I honestly can't remember the last time I laughed so much.

By the end of the day I was feeling so light and felt great from laughing so much, as well as being with the company I was with. There is always something special with being with people who you can let all your shields down with.

Laughter helps boost the protection of blood vessels and increases blood flow which helps in the protection against heart attack and other cardiovascular issues.

Laughter shifts perspectives.

Laughter allows us to see situations in a more realistic light, making the situation less threatening, which helps us feel less overwhelmed and helps to diffuse conflict.
