The importance of Laughter
I spent today catching up with one of my oldest groups of friends, and we quiet literally spent the day in laughter, I honestly can't remember the last time I laughed so much.
By the end of the day I was feeling so light and felt great from laughing so much, as well as being with the company I was with. There is always something special with being with people who you can let all your shields down with.

Laughter allows us to see situations in a more realistic light, making the situation less threatening, which helps us feel less overwhelmed and helps to diffuse conflict.
