Essential Oils have been around for thousands of years and have been used in rituals from Ancient Egypt through to modern days.
They work holistically to strengthen the body's innate self-healing ability, restoring to balance both physically and psychologically.

I myself have been using aromatherapy oils since childhood, I remember my mother mixing her potions and lotions to help ease and heal the various ailments that came up through childhood.
I have carried the tradition on in to adulthood, and went on to complete my aromatherapy certifications to learn all I could about the oils.
With the onset of COVID-19 I put my skills to use to created a range of anti-bacterial and anti-viral blends, sprays and hand-creams. All available through the website.
In the last couple of weeks with the lock-down my emotional state has been a vortex especially with the announcements made extending it further. So I turned to my oils and knowing which oils have the properties to help balance and uplift emotions, and created an uplifting spritz that I've been using to help with the emotional vortex that has become this lock-down.
The blend consists of oils that balance the nervous system and mood swings, eases tension, frustration, stress, irritability, anxiety and depression. Refreshes and uplifts the mind, clearing mental fatigue and lethargy.
Its been helping especially over the last couple of days, in the last few days I have had a few conversations with friends who also are in an emotional vortex so have decided with this weeks aromatherapy Tuesday, I will be launching this spritz and a couple of others for purchase to help those who are also suffering from the emotional vortex those of us living in Melbourne are experiencing.
