Sauteed Cabbage Salad and Carrot and Potato Salad

Happy Monday Everyone!

Both offerings today are great starters that can be added upon anyway you'd like.

Here are the recipes.

Sauteed Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

2x garlic cloves minced

1x onion chopped

1x cabbage sliced

1x lemon juiced

2 tbs olive oil

1 tsp crushed chilli flakes

Method

Heat olive oil in a dutch oven, add in garlic, onion and cabbage.

Let cabbage cook for approx 10mins or until leaves have wilted.

Add in chilli and lemon juice and mix together.

Serve with the add-ons of your choice.

 

Carrot and Potato Salad

Ingredients

5x potatoes cut into eights

3x carrots chopped

2 tbs dill chopped

1 lemon juiced

Method

In a pot of salted water let potatoes and carrots cook until tender.

Drain potatoes and carrots.

In a salad bowl mix the dill and lemon juice with the potatoes and carrots.

Serve and enjoy.
