Protein Berry and Oat Slice

Protein Berry and Oat Slice


2 Cups oats

1 cup flour

3 scoops protein powder

1 cup frozen berries

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 egg

1 cup almond milk

1/4 cup honey


1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

2. In a large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients.

3. Add the frozen berries.

4. Mix in the egg, milk and honey and blend together into a rough mixture.

5. Pour mixture into a lined baking tray and bake for approx 30mins or until the top is a golden brown.

6. Let cool than cut into slices.
