Kale and lettuce salad and Pasta and vegetable salad

Kale and Lettuce Salad
Ingredients
1 head kale chopped
1 head lettuce chopped
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 lemon juiced
Method:
Steam the kale until it turns a bright green, let cool to room temperature.
In a large salad bowl, mix the kale, lettuce, sesame and poppy seeds together, season with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Serve as is or with your protein of choice.
Pasta and Vegetable Salad.
Ingredients:
Pre-cooked pasta of your choice
3 carrots chopped
2 zucchini chopped
4 stalks of celery chopped
Method:
Steam the carrots, zucchini and celery until the colours turn bright.
Mix the pasta and the vegetables together and enjoy.
