Dill and Carrot Salad and Steamed Greens Salad

Here are the recipes from today's offerings.

Dill and Carrot Salad

Ingredients

500g celery sliced

5 carrots chopped

3 tomatoes diced

1 bunch dill chopped

1 lemon juiced.

Method

In a large bowl mix together the celery, carrots and tomatoes.

Blend the dill and lemon juice together.

Pour lemon and dill mixture over the salad and toss.

 

Steamed Greens Salad

Ingredients

1 bunch silver-beet chopped

2 zucchini sliced

250g of snow peas

2 avocados sliced

1 lemon juiced

Method

In a steamer add the silver-beet, zucchini and snow peas and steam for approx 5-10mins until bright green and tender.

Toss into a salad bowl, and add in the sliced avocado and toss.

Dress with lemon juice.
