Cherry and Coconut Smoothie and Steamed Vegetable Salad with Aioli

Cherry and Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients

1/4 cup coconut chunks

1/4 cup cherries pitted

1/8 cup hulled hemp seeds

1/8 cup chia seeds

1/8 cup flax seed

250ml almond milk

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Method

Place all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

 

Steamed Vegetable Salad with Aioli

Ingredients

4 Carrots chopped

1 Zuchinni sliced

500g snow peas

1 capsicum sliced

1 egg beaten

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 garlic clove minced

1 lemon juiced

Method

Place vegetables in a steamer and steam until tender.

While vegetables are steaming, in a bowl whisk the egg, olive oil and garlic together add the lemon juice tasting to get the right consistency.

Once vegetables are steamed place into a salad bowl, and pour aioli over top and mix.

Enjoy.
