Berry and Pineapple Smoothie and Summer Chilli Chicken Stir-fry

Berry and Pineapple Smoothie
Ingredients
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 slice pineapple
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
Place all ingredients into a blender with a glass of water and blitz until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
Summer Chilli Chicken Stir-fry
Ingredients
2 chicken breasts diced
1 medium onion chopped
1 red capsicum chopped
1 yellow capsicum chopped
5 carrots sliced
1 large zucchini quartered and sliced
1 bunch of asparagus quartered
500g snow-peas
1 tablespoon olive oil
200g sweet chilli sauce
1 teaspoon chilli flakes
Method
Heat the oil in a wok.
Add the onion and capsicum and cook until onion is browned.
Add the chicken cook until chicken is cooked through.
Add in the carrots and zucchini and cook until tender add in the snow-peas and asparagus and cook until they turn a bright green.
Pour in the sweet chilli sauce and chilli flakes.
Enjoy.
