Beef Casserole and Chicken and Vegetable Greens Soup

Here are the recipes from today's cooking session.
This recipe is supper easy.
1/4 kent pumpkin diced
5 carrots diced
2 large potatoes cut into eights
500g diced gravy steak
500g chopped tomatoes
1/4 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and mix together, turn slow cooker on and leave for the required time to cook.
Chicken and Vegetable Greens Soup
500g chicken breast shreded
2 clumps of bok choy chopped
4 stalks of celery chopped
1 green capsicum chopped
2 onions chopped
2 litres of chicken stock
1 lemon juiced
1/4 teaspoon ginger powder
Pour chicken stock into a large stock pot and bring to a boil.
Add in chicken and cook until chicken is cooked through.
Add in the remaining ingredients except for the lemon juice turning down heat to a simmer, cook for approx 10 mins.
Pour in lemon juice and stir through.
Serve and enjoy.
